$75 deposit due at registration to hold seat. Deposit is non-refundable.
Spots are limited. Waitlist available. If you select “pre-order” and pay your deposit, you will be added to the waitlist. In the event of cancellation, waitlist will be used in registration order.

- Crop attendees receive a discounted room rate of $179 per night

Due to venue policies, deposits are non-refundable and balances remaining can only be refunded if canceled prior to September 1, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST. All monies paid, excluding $75 deposit, can be refunded when canceled before September 1, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST.
Any monies paid after September 1, 2025 are non-refundable.
