Pricing:

All balances must be paid in full by September 1, 2025​

• $255 - pay in full by September 1 at 11:59pm EST

Deposit:

$75 deposit due at registration. Deposit is non-refundable.

Spots are limited. Waitlist available. If you select “pre-order” and pay your deposit, you will be added to the waitlist. In the event of cancellation, the waitlist will be used in registration order.

Hotel Info:​

• Crop attendees receive a discounted room rate of $179 per night 

  • Booking link provided after registration 

• As a crop attendee and hotel guest you will receive

  • Complimentary hot breakfast

  • Two drink tickets for happy hour per night

• Free parking for hotel guests

  • Attendees not staying at the hotel will pay $15 for parking after midnight

Cancellation Policy:

Due to venue policies, deposits are non-refundable and balances remaining can only be refunded if canceled prior to September 1, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST. All monies paid, excluding $75 deposit, can be refunded when canceled before September 1, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST.

All monies paid after September 1, 2025 at 9:01 AM EST are non-refundable.
