All balances must be paid in full by April 1, 2025​

Deposit:

$75 deposit due at registration to hold a seat. Deposit is non-refundable.

Spots are limited. Waitlist available. If you select “pre-order” and pay your deposit, you will be added to the waitlist. In the event of cancellation, the waitlist will be used in registration order.

 

Day Passes: (New!)

•  $125 - Single Day Pass  (Friday or Sunday only - includes make n' takes, table gift, scrap space/time, snacks, prize eligibility)

•  $175 - Two Day Pass  (Friday & Saturday, or Saturday & Sunday - includes make n' takes, table gift, scrap space/time, snacks, prize eligibility)

 

Note: Day passes are only available to new registrations. Day passes are limited based on availability. Contact us to determine if we have space for you. Day passes are handed out first come, first served.

Hotel Info:

• Crop attendees receive a discounted room rate of $259 per night 

  • Discount code will be announced after registration

• As a crop attendee and hotel guest you will receive

  • Complimentary hot breakfast

  • Two drink tickets for happy hour per night

  • Paid parking available for $30 per night 

    • Discounted parking rates available at Spot Hero

Cancellation Policy:

Due to venue policies, deposits are non-refundable and balances remaining can only be refunded if canceled prior to March 1, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST. All monies paid, excluding $75 deposit, can be refunded when canceled before March 1, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST.
